Bruce Kurnow is an award winning multi-instrumentalist/vocalist and prolific songwriter. He has forty-eight solo recordings to his credit with combined sales of over 1,000,000 copies. As a studio musician, he has appeared on over 200 recordings of other artists. In 2007, Bruce was honored with an induction into the Mid America Music Hall of Fame. He has received four Minnesota Music Awards for his stringed harp, keyboard and harmonica work. In 2004, Just Plain Folks nominated his recording, Harmonicaland, for Best Solo Instrumental recording of the year. Bruce began touring at a young age with the pioneering country-rock group Mason Proffit, and he went on to tour and record with several other groups before launching his solo career. 

Peaceful Journey Music was created in December, 2010 to showcase Bruce's unique approach to producing music that promotes peace of mind and relaxation. There are currently eight recordings in this catalog with more to come in 2011.

Bruce currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, Karole.
